Here’s the video I was referring to.

Make Fractures
Preferences > Import Add-ons > Cell Fracture > Enable
Select Annotate > Select Placement : Surface > Draw lines to Cube
Press F3 > Search Cell Fracture or Object Menu > Quick Effects > Select Cell Fracture
Cell Fracture Panel > Select Annotation Pencil
Source Limit : 150 (Number of divisions?)
Recursion : 1 (Number to be repartitioned?)
Collection : Fractures
Press N key > Side bar > View > Annotations > Hide or Delete annotations

Add Physics
Select any pieces of cube > Open Physics tab > Add Rigid Body
Rigid Body > Surface Response > Friction : 0.78 (a little bit higher)
Right Click Fractures Collection > Select Objects
Object Menu (on top) > Rigid Body > Copy from Active
Select Ground Plane > Add Rigid Body > Change Type : Passive
Rigid Body > Surface Response > Friction : 0.67 (a little bit higher)

Calculate the Physics Mass
Right Click Fractures Collection > Select Objects (Select All pieces)
Object Menu (on top) > Rigid Body > Calculate Mass > Select Brick(Pressed)
Rigid Body > Dynamics > Deactivation > Enable
Rigid Body > Dynamics > Deactivation > Start Deactivated >Enable
Right Click Fractures Collection > Select Objects
Object Menu (on top) > Rigid Body > Copy from Active
Object Menu (on top) > Rigid Body > Calculate Mass > Select Brick(Pressed)

Animated Collision Object
Press Shift + A key > Add Mesh > UV Sphere
Select UV Sphere > Object Properties > Transform Location >
Right Click Insert Keyframes (Do it in two places.)
Select UV Sphere > Add Rigid Body
Rigid Body > Settings > Animated> Enable
Scene Properties > Rigid Body World > Settings > Substeps Per Frame > 200
Scene Properties > Rigid Body World > Settings > Solver Iterations> 20
*Since my computer does not have very high specs, I did not change the Rigid Body World settings.
Rigid Body > Settings > Animated > Right Click Insert Keyframes : Enable(Before the cubes collided)
Rigid Body > Settings > Animated > Right Click Insert Keyframes : Disable(Next frame)
Rigid Body > Settings > Mass > 100 kg (If you want to increase the impact, you can use a heavier weight or increase the speed.)

I tried the tutorial.
